Trevor J. Cartales assists small businesses in formation, contractual relationships, leases, employment matters, and dispute resolution. He has extensive background in recreational marijuana, medical marijuana, industrial hemp, and liquor licensing assistance and administrative compliance. Trevor is also committed to consumer protection, experienced in leveraging state and federal law to stop unwanted telemarketing calls and securing damages for violations of consumer protection statutes. Knowing that legal advice and litigation can be expensive, Trevor strives to provide efficient, successful litigation solutions for clients when necessary, but takes pride in finding more cost-effective answers to legal problems when the opportunity arises.
