Professional Experience
Ms. Green focuses her practice on family law matters which include cases from divorce, custody, and nonparental custody cases to child support and adoption cases. She began practicing law while attending Lewis and Clark Law School working as a legal assistant at St. Andrew’s Legal Clinic, a non-profit family law organization in the Portland metro area serving low-income clients with family law matters.
Ms. Green has always been dedicated to helping others in their time of need. She brings both empathy and real-world advice to clients while successfully delivering results. Tanya has extensive experience litigating family law matters in various counties including Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, Wahkiakum, and Pacific counties. She has taken dozens of cases to trial, negotiated many divorces, and obtained great results for countless clients in her years of practice in Washington. Tanya’s prior volunteer services with the Domestic Violence Coordinator’s Office and the National Crime Victims’ Law Institute during law school helped her to navigate the intricacies of the criminal justice system as it intersects with real-world family law problems.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys exploring the beautiful waterfall trails of the Pacific Northwest and spending time with her family.
