Professional Experience

Dino Gojak is a senior attorney at Navigate Law Group. He is a passionate litigator who cares deeply about an individual’s rights and due process. He’s been practicing law for over a decade in Washington State, and before that he worked for an international law firm in Belgrade, Serbia. These days he represents parties in Minor Guardianships, Dependency actions, and Civil Protection Order cases, including domestic violence protection orders, anti-harrassment/anti-stalking, vulnerable adult, sexual assault. He also assists individuals with restoring their firearm rights and vacating criminal convictions. For Dino, guiding clients through the complex legal system, and making them feel heard and represented is a priority he does not take lightly.

Dino was born in the former Yugoslavia, spent most of his childhood in Germany – where he learned English from watching Tom and Jerry cartoons, and moved to the United States in 1999. In his spare time, Dino is a loving husband and devoted father of two amazing children. His children frequently help him fine-tune his litigation techniques. On the weekends, he can be found in local comic book stores and card shops with his daughter. Given the right cards, he might even be willing to barter legal services for Pokemon cards.
