Conor Buie focuses his practice on Trusts & Estates and Family Law. Mr. Buie takes a very logical and rational approach to helping his clients. Mr. Buie is pragmatic as an attorney, always anticipating next steps and looking for ways to calmly work through even the most volatile of situations. In his Family Law practice, he possesses the ability to relate to clients on a personal level, having experienced family law issues in his own life. This allows him to be empathetic and have a full understanding of how difficult a family law case can be for all involved parties. Mr. Buie is able to provide counsel and assistance in cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, relocation actions, protection orders, and minor guardianships.
In his Trust & Estates practice, Mr. Buie is able to draw on over 15 years of experience working for law firms primarily centered on estate planning. Mr. Buie understands the necessity of a well-crafted estate plan, as well as the importance of how planning for the future can make things easier for your loved ones upon your passing. Mr. Buie provides legal services for estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, estate and gift taxes, along with asset protection and succession planning.
