Our Practice Areas
Navigate Law Group has attorneys that practice a broad range of legal areas. Our clients receive holistic legal care from our attorneys.
Our experienced family law attorneys are skilled in divorce, adoption, child custody, child support, paternity and all other legal issues pertaining to your family or personal relationships. We serve as strong and zealous advocates for our family law clients in the courtroom. We also serve as confidants and counselors to provide guidance to each of our clients throughout the legal process and in delicate situations.
Life happens and things don’t always go according to plan, which is why hiring a civil litigation attorney is your best plan of action to settle disputes between you and another party. Whether you have a product liability lawsuit, landlord/tenant dispute, or any type of civil litigation, our attorneys can help you settle peacefully.
With our extensive knowledge, we can effectively create a tailored estate plan to match our clients’ estate planning goals. Estate planning often involves a delicate balancing of interests of family members. We assist clients in achieving fairness among all those interested in an estate. Identifying who will make important decisions regarding healthcare and finances during incapacity and after death is essential to planning an estate. We can guide clients through this process. Additionally, we help clients in safeguarding assets and creating tax efficient plans to help minimize various taxes to which estates are subject.
Estate & Trust Administration
Our attorneys have the special knowledge and skill required to represent a personal representative in the probate of an estate or a trustee in the administration of a living trust. Estate and trust administration often involve several complex areas of law and we can navigate our clients through this multi-step process. There are often opportunities for estate and income tax savings during the administration of an estate, and we help our clients capitalize on these opportunities.
Business & Commercial
We cater to a wide variety of business clients of all sizes to help with business-to-business contracts, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, leases, administrative compliance, and more. Our business and commercial attorneys know how to provide the professional legal guidance and representation your business needs.
Taxes can be confusing; however, Navigate tax attorneys work on tax matters for any size income or revenue, for personal or business. Our tax lawyers have the knowledge to assist you with tax returns, audits, collections, tax planning, real estate transactions, estate transfers and more. Let us help you keep what is yours.
Recreational marijuana, medical marijuana, and hemp are subject to a number of local, state, and federal rules, some of which are in direct conflict with one another. Our cannabis attorneys can explain these conflicts and help you structure your business to comply with applicable regulations.
The production, distribution, and sale of alcohol
We believe that everyone facing allegations by the government should have a skilled lawyer in their corner to advocate for them and guide them along the entire process. Our criminal defense attorneys represent clients facing DUIs, assault, domestic violence claims, theft, property crime, driving penalties, and many other cases.
Our consumer law attorneys provide consumers recourse when they feel they have been deceived, defrauded or otherwise treated unfairly in a transaction. Navigate Law Group is experienced in representing the consumer in a variety of industries, including medical debt collection, automotive fraud, lemon law, home purchase fraud, and many other consumer cases.
Here at Navigate, we are unique in that we practice employment law as both employment defense attorneys and employment plaintiff attorneys. We represent both employees and employers regarding matters such as severance negotiations, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, contracts, unlawful terminations and more.
Landlord & Tenant Law
Navigate’s attorneys have experience representing both landlord and tenants in cases involving evictions, eviction defense, rental agreement drafting, housing discrimination, and other issues regarding landlord/tenant law. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, we will assess your situation, inform you of your rights, and help you move forward protected and fairly represented.
Real Estate & Land Use
Our attorneys are experienced in negotiating leases, land sale contracts, and secure financing as well as representing landowners and tenants before local land use regulators. Whether you need a variance, an application for nonconforming use, assistance responding to a land use violation, or representation in a boundary dispute with your neighbor, Navigate can help.
Construction disputes are often riddled with unique procedural hurdles and blistering legal deadlines. Fortunately, our attorneys are well versed in both prosecuting and defending against claims of construction defect, breach of contract, and collection of monies owed. Whether you are a consumer who has discovered a potential construction defect or you are a contractor seeking to be paid for services rendered, Navigate Law Group is here to help.
